This House was beautiful. We had an incredible time here. Close to town and a short walk to the beach. Amazing views and incredible amenities.

A beautiful secluded showstopper on the Oregon coast!
This home was absolutely one of the most beautiful homes I have ever been in. Danna, Angela, and the rest of the team made the whole process so easy for us. All the information from wifi to recycling is available clearly in the home. The rooms were clean and organized - all the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a great dinner and a large enough table for the whole family. The game room downstairs was a bonus, and we enjoyed mornings up in the living room looking out at the ocean. We loved this property so much, and it was secluded enough that we didn't feel crowded. We felt like we were truly in the wild of the Oregon coast. Thank you so much, Starfish!- Anonymous U , Posted: 02/23/2021
What a great experience!
We wanted to stay somewhere remote on the Oregon Coast and we found exactly what we were looking for! The home is beautiful, the beach is magical and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I can't wait to go back!- Paul T from Laguna Beach, Posted: 09/29/2020
Located at the end of a very quiet road, this house is ideally suited for large family holidays. About a 10-minute walk to a very empty beach. The large kitchen is the center of activity. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for a large group. The backyard is quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out around the house. Phone reception might be a challenge, but WiFi worked perfectly- Scott N from Nashville, TN, Posted: 08/25/2020
Awsome location and wonderful house.
All 9 of us were for the most part very satisfied with everything the house and location provided for us on our retreat to the Oregon Coast. Though we were not able to locate a pancake turner (the fish fillet turner worked in a pinch). There were no Blue Ray players with the TV's ( 1 person brought movies and we could not watch them). And there was a picture of a telescope next to the big window and it wasn't there during our stay. These were not deal breakers. The house was great and took excellent care of us. These were just 3 things that came up that we wondered about. We all agreed we would recommend and stay at the Santo Cristo house again.- Leonard H , Posted: 11/28/2019
AMAZING HOUSE AND TRIP
This house was so beautiful and immaculately done. The spaciousness, décor, amenities etc. were spot on and exactly what we were hoping for. We had three families with us including adults and kids and we were never crowded. The views of the ocean are amazing. One suggestion I would have for the owner is to add a deck on the beach side so people can sit outside and watch the ocean. The outdoor space was in the back. Overall, I would give this house a 10/10 and we plan to go back... a long weekend was not long enough! This house - and the coast of Oregon is simply breathtaking.- Melissa A , Posted: 09/04/2019
Beautiful, clean, cozy and stunning view
This home has all the bells and whistles. With a family of 12 from ages 1 and up, we were comfortable during our 4 day visit. The kids had a blast in the game room. The large tv and spacious sectional couch was great for movie nights. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances. This was our favorite place to hangout. The ocean view from the living room was stunning. Perfect spot to grab a book and relax. The sounds of the waves were so calming. The drive into town was short. The small market had many of our needs. For larger purchases we drove further into town to the larger store. This was more cost effective. WIFI is limited but didn’t takeaway from our experience. We plan to visit again and hope to make this our annual vacation trip.- Pendora S , Posted: 08/16/2019

five nights with our family
Three generations -12 people total- celebrating an anniversary together. Home is large and lovely, well equipped, and is said to sleep 14. I want all guests to be comfortable and have privacy when we are together. Most of us did, but the loft is not a bedroom, unless you can sleep with an uncovered skylight over your head and on an ikea futon. So some of us were squished. The beach is wild and gorgeous, and great walking. The steep and rocky beach entry is difficult for a handicapped person, so we usually went elsewhere to use a beach. We had a great time, and Concierge Nannette was awesome.- Catherine C , Posted: 07/10/2019
Magnificent Ocean view Palace
This home was equipped with everything to create enduring family memories as the twelve of us shared meals together around the large table, overlooking a stunning ocean view or sang together around the comfortable living room or walked together down the path to lie on the pebble beach and watch the stunning sunset or the exploding stars. Everything was immaculately clean and artistically designed with an apparent focus on every detail. We are already talking about a return visit.- Cheryl H , Posted: 05/01/2019
Large Family Holiday Getaway
My extended family of nine adults enjoyed an extra-long Easter weekend at Santo Cristo. The house is spacious with plenty of comfortable sleeping space. We spent most of our time in the large kitchen, which has a beautiful ocean view. The manager was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay. The walk to the beach can be challenging for older or less mobile people as there is a very steep descent down a boulder-covered slope to reach the sand at low tide. It's just a quick drive to Cannon Beach and there are plenty of beautiful ocean views to enjoy along the way. We would love to come back to this house again and would recommend it for large groups!- Melissa F , Posted: 04/24/2019
The Perfect Getaway
Our family has stayed in many short term rentals on the Oregon Coast over the years. Santo Cristo is our top pick. The location feels like the coast is yours alone, though our favorite hikes or amenities are minutes away in Oswald West State Park, or Manzanita. The home was clean, stylish and comfortable. This beautiful house affords a place for everyone from children, to teens, to parents, to have their space for games, movies, a view, or food and drinks. The wares needed for a self contained vacation were provided. However, a run to town for food supplies or a Left Coast Burrito was still short trip away. The beautiful views of the ocean, isolated walks on the beach at low tide, and abundant wildlife; sea birds, bald eagles and elk, made the stay spectacular. Our next visit will be with friends planned around celebrating wine and food in this this perfect setting.- Peter K , Posted: 04/21/2019
Multi-Family Vacation Paradise
Santo Cristo was the perfect place to meet up for Spring Break with our extended family. The view is spectacular from every window. The kitchen is well stocked for everything you need and is the hub of the house. We loved the huge table that allowed everyone to easily eat meals together, play games and spend a lot of laughing. The chaise lounge in the kitchen looking out over the ocean is the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon nap or an evening cocktail. You may even be lucky enough to be sitting there, watching the outline of a full moon in the morning sky with an eagle flying across the horizon. Unbelievable. With two master bedrooms we felt like we all had plenty of room to rest and relax. While all bathrooms are very nice, one of them was unbelievably beautiful. The shower is the best I've ever experienced. The soaking tub is luxurious and serene. The basement provided great entertainment for all with the sound of ping-pong games filling the air with laughter and competition. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our Spring Break. We will most certainly be back!- Teri C , Posted: 04/21/2019
In the many years of vacationing on the Oregon Coast, our stay at Santo Cristo exceeds them all! With the size of our large group (12,) there was plenty of room to gather and enjoy. Spacious, yet cozy. It's location is close to all of our favorites, (Manzanita, Oswald West State Park, Cannon Beach,) but in the most serene of settings. We enjoyed watching the eagle with it's morning catch out the expansive windows as we sipped on our coffee...what a treat! Pictures do not do this spectacular home justice! We're already planning our return!- Sally K , Posted: 03/26/2019
Fantastic Beach getaway
Wow! This stunning home and views exceeded our expectations! The view of the ocean was gorgeous. Our group enjoyed cooking and gathering in the kitchen area which never felt crowded. Neat tidy comfortable bedrooms. We will be back.- Kristen B , Posted: 12/27/2018
Beautiful and Relaxing!
We had a fantastic multigenerational family gathering at Santo Cristo. The younger members kept entertained with ping pong and shuffleboard tournaments, while others enjoyed wave watching and cooking. Actually cooking while wave watching! The house has spectacular ocean views and a relaxing feel. A couple early risers, sipping coffee in the sun room, were surprised with an elk sighting. This was a fun trip for us and we will definitely stay here again.- Virginia S , Posted: 12/22/2018
Spacious and accommodating
We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Santo Cristo. This house was perfect for our group of 10. The location is very close to some of our favorite hiking trails. It was truly wonderful to come back to the house after a day of exploring, kick back and watch the waves roll in. We all agreed the kitchen and dining area was the hub of our gathering. It has plenty of counter top space for buffet style meals, seating for everyone and another great ocean view.- Marie B , Posted: 12/19/2018
